Drunk CCTMO Traffic Enforcer vs Bus Driver

After the Robert Blair Carabuen incident. Here's another one. A drunk Traffic Enforcer of Calamba City Traffic Management Office (CCTMO) was caught on video exchanging harsh words with a bus driver. The CCTMO officer also remove his shirt and throw his helmet on the road wanting to fight the bus driver. Thanks to the police officer who is middling the heated argument. :)

Meanwhile, as the police officer busy talking with the bus driver, the drunk CCTMO enforcer silently escape riding his motorcycle. - Only in the Philippines.. ^_^

As you remember, Carabuena is the rude motorist who was caught by a video mauling Saturnino Fabros, a Traffic Enforcer of the Metro Manila Development Authority.

Just this morning Mr Carabuena had a public apology at the MMDA Conference Room. At this time he is transported to Quezon City Prosecutors Office to face the charges being imputed against him for being arrogant to the MMDA Traffic Enforcer.

Continued Comments Against The Rude Motorist Who Mauled MMDA Officer

Online flooding of comments against the rude motorist who mauled MMDA officer. The motorist identified as Robert Blair Carabuena, an executive of multinational tobacco company Philip Morris Fortune Tobacco Corp. (PMFTC), while the mauled traffic enforcer identified as Saturnino Fabros of the Metro Manila Development Authority (MMDA).
Under the Revised Penal Code, direct assault can be filed against any person who shall attack, employ force, or seriously intimidate any person in authority while in the performance of official duties.
